Buhari's Cabinet Shake-up: My Candid Recommendations For Sack

As we anxiously await cabinet shake-up by PMB, here are candid recommendations for sack: 1.Yemi Adeosun: the worst ever minister of finance. Naive, clueless with a false sense of achievement. 2. CBN governor: confused, naive and incompetent 3. Fashola: too busy doing absolutely nothing. He doesn't have a clue at all. He should be stripped of power and housing ministries. 4. Yemi Osibanjo: Was amazed when he blamed forex crisis on corruption n pipeline vandalism. He doesn't have a clue about the economy and therefore should be removed as the head of the economic team. A more competent technocrat should be appointed. 5. Udo Udoma: a disaster and a square peg in a round hole. Shouldn't have any business with budget and national planning. Ben Akabueze should replace him. 6. Customs boss: a disgrace to customs. A man with an ethnic agenda. 7. DSS boss: another man with an ethnic agenda. DSS is now an enemy of the people. 8. Babachir Lawal: an arrogant, clueless and corr...

What Death Looks Like. Though Alive, I Went There

My spirit took hold of my soul to a kingdom that wasn't bright but had a cloudy weather as if it wanted to rain, with lots of people without clothes in it, but weren't tormented. In the centre of that Kingdom was another small Kingdom that is fenced, painted with white paint, and they was light in it, the light was only in that fenced Kingdom. Those in the big Kingdom were walking round outside the fenced Kingdom Unclad, hoping to have access into it. I tried to look into the fenced kingdom to see if I can see people in there, then my spirit told my soul that I can't see them because am not there Lord.  I noticed that they was another Kingdom above me, then I tried to go up and have a look, I couldn't because the force was too heavy for me, so I retired to my spirit. When we got back to the earth, my spirit took my soul back to my body but refused to rest on it, instead he flew very high to the sky and looked at me then continued flying towards the moon, he went round t...

Highlights of Trump’s new travel ban

Image
President Donald Trump’s administration issued a revised immigration ban Monday that temporarily freezes US visa issuance to anyone from six mostly-Muslim countries and halts for 120 days all refugee arrivals. Here are the key points: – What’s new in the revised order? – Iraq, which was targeted by the original January 27 travel ban, is excluded. Six other countries remain: Syria, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Sudan, and Iran. The US says that none of the six can supply adequate identity and security information on their citizens to satisfy US needs to safely vet visa applicants. People with pre-existing, valid visas from the six countries will still be able to come to the United States. The original ban had extended to people with valid visas and even those with permanent residency, causing havoc at airport arrival halls and sparking a large number of legal challenges. – Why a revised order? – A Washington state judge halted implementation of the original order on February 3, ac...

Man Develops Breasts After Promising A Lady Marriage & Failed To Marry Her

Image
I don't know how true is this story but according to Dennis who shared the story,a man was 'jazzed' by a lady after he failed to marry her.He later developed female pattern of breasts. I know that medically there is a condition known as gynecomastia where a male develops female type of breasts due to excessive female hormone secretions. But a good look at the man reveals that he has hairs on his face(bears and moustache). If it is really excessive female hormones,I don't expect him to have those hairs on his face.I may be wrong.Doctors in the house can give us a better explanation.

As Naira Gains, Neighbouring Countries Ease Rush For Nigerian Goods

The sudden slide of the US dollar and other foreign currencies has made export to neighbouring countries such as Niger Republic, Burkina Faso and Chad unattractive, traders have said. Visits to Tsohuwar Kasuwa and other markets in Sokoto recently revealed that the number of trucks that load goods to Niger and Burkina Faso on daily basis has dropped drastically from about 20 to about five trucks. Merchants from the neighbouring countries had taken advantage of the depreciation of the naira in recent times to ship more goods out of the country with little amount of their currencies, especially the CFA.  Local traders who spoke to our reporter said merchants from neighbouring countries no longer found it attractive to exchange a CFA at N62 to do business in Nigeria even as the price of the goods still remained high at their markets. Alhaji Usman Salihu Mai Sugar, told our reporter that patronage by the merchants dropped since last week when the naira began to appreciate, adding “Befor...

North Korea Fires Four Ballistic Missiles In Retaliation Over US, Japan Military Drills

Image
North Korea on Monday fired four ballistic missiles into the sea off northwest of Japan, which appeared to be a promised retaliation over last Wednesday’s U.S.-South Korea military drills. North Korea saw the military drills as a preparation for war while the U.S and South Korea said it was a test of their defensive readiness against possible aggression from the North Korea. The launching of the missiles angered South Korea and Japan. South Korea’s military said the missiles were unlikely to have been intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM), which can reach the United States. The missiles flew on average 1,000 km (620 miles) and reached a height of 260 km (160 miles) Some of the missiles landed in waters as close as 300 km (190 miles) from Japan’s northwest coast, Japan’s Defence Minister Tomomi Inada said in Tokyo. Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said “strong protests” had been lodged with nuclear-armed North Korea, which has carried out a series of nuclear and miss...

Buhari Media Pays N250k To 40 Propagandists To Comment On Blogs - Farooq Keprogi

Image
In the absence of anything to show for its existence, since fraud is its very foundation, the Buhari government has elevated sterile propaganda, mindless mind-management, and thoughtless, unintelligent mendacity to an art. For starters, as I pointed out in my Facebook status update, which went viral and shaped national discourse on the Buhari government, the president has 9 media aides. Yes, 9, not 6 as previously thought! They are Femi Adesina (Special Adviser, Media & Publicity); Garba Shehu (Senior Special Assistant, Media & Publicity); Tolu Ogunlesi (Special Assistant, Digital & New Media); Lauretta Onochie (Personal Assistant, Social Media); Bashir Ahmad (Personal Assistant, New media); Sha’aban Sharada (Personal Assistant, Broadcast Media); Naziru Muhammed (Personal Assistant, TV Documentary); Sunday Aghaeze (Personal Assistant, Photography); and Bayo Omoboriowo (Personal Assistant/ President’s Photographer). All of these aides also have a retinue of other aides. For...
